Elise Morrison is a New Jersey native, and has been a lifelong enthusiast of protecting our natural environment and enjoying the outdoors.  She has had an extensive executive career with IBM in Sales and Sales Management based in Washington, DC, Boston, New York City, Dallas, and New Jersey.  She now focuses on environmental sustainability.

Elise is studying at Columbia University’s Earth Institute for Conservation and Environmental Sustainability.  She joined the Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy in 2018 as a Board Trustee and serves as Secretary.  Elise became a Board Trustee for The Land Conservancy of NJ in 2017.  Additionally, Elise also serves on the Board and was a Founding Board member and past-President of The New Players Company Association, a high school theater non-profit in Ridgewood, NJ.

Previously Elise managed national and worldwide sales teams, growing IBM's revenues with an ecosystem of business partners for IBM's software, hardware, and services. Elise has her BA in Economics from Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences, and has her MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Elise resides in Edgewater, NJ, is proud of her two adult daughters in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, enjoys being with family and friends, exploring NYC, adventure trekking around the world, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, cooking, playing the piano, and reading.
