Summary of the Sandy recovery status to date:

-Estimated damages to LSP are over $20 Million.

-About half of the Hudson River Walkway is still closed but we have a crew working on the paver stones every weekday. We hope to have the walkway completely reopened by the end of the year.


Permit requirement regarding the Walkway post Sandy

"A section of the Hudson River Walkway on private property has collapsed. Is a permit required to reconstruct the damaged section of the walkway?"
